#8 - Leubnitzer Strasse 7

Looks like this is the one, if we can get it. There were 3 other couples/families viewing it today alone, so there is much interest in this particular apartment.

View the website to see some professional photographs of the place:

Here are some photos I made there today - the descriptions will now be under the photo:

1st bathroom includes tub

1st bathroom shower

Kids bedroom?

Half bath

Painted walls and ceilings throughout

More painted walls and ceilings

Marvelous kitchen, but the tenants are taking it with them. The landlord will provide us with another.

More kitchen photos

Ceiling shot (living room?)

Out-of-focus shot of the fireplace. The tenants put it in, but it stays.

Terrace shot

Another terrace shot - very big terrace overlooking the street.

Master Bedroom ceiling corner detail

More ceiling detail

Original stained glass window in hallway

Guest bedroom - very small. Currently being used as a walk in closet by the current tenants.

Bathroom detail showing some furniture pieces the tenants would be willing to sell us. They are the marble topped sink and table in this room and a small table in the next room (next photos)

#5 - Wilder Mann Strasse 34 (Trachau)

This apartment is in Trachau also -
not too far from the Bergdorffstrasse apartment.
It is a building with 12 apartments in it.
The apartment for lease is in the
photo below on the far right
behind the sign on the window
(1st floor - second level).

1st bathroom

These are a couple of the living area rooms.

Bedroom

This room has a very nice wooden ceiling.

Bathroom #2

Another bedroom (see the sign? - this is at the front of the building)

This is the kitchen. It has not yet been fitted with a kitchen, but it would have one by the time we got there. They will send us a picture of the kitchen if we want one.

More kitchen - here is where the appliances would go.

Small balcony.

We would have one of the garages for our auto.

We could store our bicycles in this place.

This is the garden and Frosty would have access to this for playing, pooping and peeing.
The Dresden Forest is nearby also for "The Doodle".

This one is nice, but I smelled a strong odor of cats in the hallway. There are many tenants in this building. I'm not so sure about how well the family cat allergy would hold up here.

#2 - Burgdorffstrasse 27 Trachau

This apartment is very nice. Very, very nice.
The owners are moving from this flat to the one below,
so this was not previously a rental.
They have a small child.
It is a 1st floor (2nd level) apartment.
Here is the first bedroom with a balcony.

Same room - different view.

The aforementioned balcony. Really a sun room, I guess.

The first bathroom.

The kitchen is fabulous. Island for cooking, large refrigerator, granite countertops, open floorplan.

2nd balcony off the kitchen with two entrances.

A look down at the "garden" (yard) to which we would have no privileges. Frosty would have to be walked somewhere else for his business. This is a drawback of this place.

Another bedroom with nice lime green walls and striped wallpaper.

Another bedroom.

Poncho might like this stained glass.

The bathrooms are terrific. The bathtub and showers are very big.

This one has some storage. We might could have them negotiate for these shelves to be left in the place.
